Once despatched, delivery time will depend on which method of shipping you selected.
Firstly, we're so sorry your candles has arrived broken on arrival. This happens very rarely but if it does happen just send us an email within 7 days of estimated delivery with:
Your order number
When the item arrived
A photo of it broken, ideally still inside the packaging, and a short description of if you feel the box has been "in the wars"
In the event you don't like the fragrance we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund. We do our very very best to describe the fragrance as much as possible and use feedback from our customers to form a basis on whether or not our description is accurate or not.
For both candles and melts we use high quality soy wax, fragrance oils and eco wicks (candles only). All of our candles and melts are CLP compliant, with ingredient and allergen information listed on the back of each. If you need to see these before purchasing, please let us know.
We hold Safety Data Sheets for every fragrance, and are able to provide these if necessary.
