How long does it take for home delivery?
We aim to despatch within 3 working days of your order being processed. Once despatched, delivery time will depend on which method of shipping you selected.
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2-3 working days
  • Royal Mail 1st Class: 1-2 working days
  • What courier do you use for deliveries?
    We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. We will contact you should we need to use an alternate courier
    My item has arrived broken. What should I do?
    Firstly, we're so sorry your candles has arrived broken on arrival. This happens very rarely but if it does happen just send us an email within 7 days of estimated delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • When the item arrived
  • A photo of it broken, ideally still inside the packaging, and a short description of if you feel the box has been "in the wars"
  • I don't like the smell of my candle. Can I get my money back?
    In the event you don't like the fragrance we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund. We do our very very best to describe the fragrance as much as possible and use feedback from our customers to form a basis on whether or not our description is accurate or not.
    How long do your candles burn for
    Our candles burn for approximately 20 hours.
    What are your candles and melts made from
    For both candles and melts we use high quality soy wax, fragrance oils and eco wicks (candles only). All of our candles and melts are CLP compliant, with ingredient and allergen information listed on the back of each. If you need to see these before purchasing, please let us know. We hold Safety Data Sheets for every fragrance, and are able to provide these if necessary.
    Will you come to our event?
    We are fully covered to run a stall at public and corporate events. If you are hosting an event and want to see if we're interested, please feel free to contact us!
